The 130CR, along with the Sharp XE-A102 are entry level Cash Registers and are superb for small spaces. The Casio has an adjustable dial for selecting different modes, as apposed to the Sharp which has a key to select positions.
This particular till from Casio uses a single Grade 'A' Till Roll, these are a low cost paper roll, it also uses a small Ink Roller which again are low cost. This model as mentioned is a single roll machine and can either be set up to issue receipts (constantly) or to log every sale; as a journal machine. Making it ideal if you have somebody else running your shop, as you can check back through the journal log if needed. This machine will NOT print your details on the receipt or print the category names. It just prints numbers, as it has a numerical printer installed.
The Register has the ability to work change out for customer, add Vat to categories or show Vat content on categories. It has Cash, Cheque and Credit Card tender buttons. On the 'Z' report it will show how much you have taken Cash, Cheque and Credit Card. It also displays how much you have taken in each of the categories, for example: If you used it in a Gift shop, you may assign category 1 to Men's Gifts, 2 to Women's Gift, 3 to Wrapping Paper/Cards and 4 to Stationary. On the report you can then see how much you have taken in Men's Gifts, Women's Gifts etc.
The drawer base on the Casio is a small unit and has 3 Note Clips and 6 Coin Scoops. The coin section is removable.
