All* products purchased via the website are covered with a 12 month "RTB" Return to Base Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you need to return the goods to Sope for repair. Please be aware that the cost of shipping and insurance will be down to you - the customer. Changed your mind about the goods? Items will not be taken back unless in the original packaging and a 25% restocking fee will be applied, again shipping is down to you, so please be sure before you buy.

* The SHARP range comes with an ON-SITE warranty card that you fill out and post off, covering you for 12 Months, direct with them.

BUSINESSES AND SUITABLE MACHINES

This is just a pointer for the different machines available and which one best suits your needs, this is only a rough guide-line and we recommend looking at the machines details properly by clicking on the DIMENSIONS AND FEATURES link under each Cash Register.

First of all do you need to issue receipts? If you do then skip the first 1/2 dozen machines at the start and go straight to the:

'Twin Roll Tills/Epos

Twin roll means you have two rolls in the machine, 1 for the customer; the 'receipt' and 1 to keep for yourself the; 'the journal'.

However the CASIO TE-100 and SHARP XE-A203 both have 'ej', which stands for electronic journal, this means although the are a single roll machine, you can have it set to issue receipts all day long and then print the journal off at the end of the day - but to be honest I would opt for the 'Twin Roll' range as the price isn't that much difference and printing a full journal and folding it by hand every day will soon get a bit tedious.

If you don't need to issue receipts and your not taking a constant flow of cash, say your a new HAIRDRESSING business, just starting up, then the best buys are either the SHARP XE-A102 or CASIO 130CR. And are ideal for businesses like this:

Note the drawer is quite small, if this is an issue then look at the CASIO TE-100, a larger drawer and more heavy duty machine. MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CASIO AND SHARP CASH REGISTERS

Both makes of machines are well built and have very similar features. But warranty wise they are different, with the SHARP range you get a warranty card with SHARP, so fill it out and post it off when your machine arrives. This covers you directly with SHARP for the 12 Month period. Obviously we are more than happy to help over the phone with any advice and support. The CASIO range comes with our 'BTB' warranty, this means you need to send the machine back to us 'SOPE', in the unlikely event that the REGISTER stops working. We will either replace the faulty goods or repair the faulty goods, whichever is the quickest turn-around - as we appreciate if you send the machine back; you are left without a till.

GRAPHICAL LOGO'S ON THE CUSTOMER RECEIPTS

Most of the machines situated in the middle have GRAPHICAL LOGO ability, which make the CUSTOMERS RECEIPTS look more impressive, specially if you have LOGO image for your business, it will not print in colour though, just black. The only two machines that don't have this facility are the SHARP XE-A102 and CASIO 130CR. All the others do. When you purchase the machine if you would like your image installing in the machine, then either EMAIL or COPY ONTO CD and post it to us (WE PREFER THE IMAGE IN BLACK AND WHITE), but type of file does not matter.

THINKING OF PURCHASING

A PRESET REGISTER FOR YOUR PUB, BAR, CLUB, COFFEE SHOP ETC.?

If your thinking of purchasing a PRESET CASH REGISTER from Sope, dependant on whether the machine will fit your items on, we are more than happy to program it for you, at no extra cost! This means as soon as it arrives, simply un-box, plug in and start using. We do all we can considering you receive it in a box, when it arrives basic instructions are included and if your still unsure on features etc. simply pick up the phone and one of programmers/support guys will happliy run though the features over the phone. Same goes for when/if you do a price increase or add new products, if your unsure; pick up the phone.
